One of our favourite funny mothas, Emma Doran, has shared another on-point video with a few diet tips as we come into shorts season. 

Emma, who lives in Dublin with her partner Shane, their three children, Ella (13) Joe (3) and Tommy (1), and two dogs Twiggy and Stan, is a Republic of Telly regular.
