It’s Friday again (finally!).
And we have been busy bees this week over here at HerFamily HQ, running around to press previews (autumn is looking great, guys!), preparing for Father’s Day this Sunday and even having had a couple of sneak peaks at the summer sales that seems to have started everywhere already.
Want to know what we have our eyes on this week? Here goes:
1. Jacquard-weave waist belt
This gorgeous cotton belt with fringes on the ends is currently on sale in an H&M store near you (or online) for only €4.99. We think it will look so perfect with jeans shorts or even tied around our sarongs when we hit the beach in a few weeks.
2. Bloom Fresco Chrome High Chair in Rose Gold
Rose gold is having a total moment these days, and we are craving it on anything from jewelry to vases. Having clapped eyes on this AH-MAZING (and slightly pricey…) Fresco high chair from contemporary cool-mama brand Bloom, we are now considering whether or not having another baby just to be able to buy the chair is crazy or just totally makes sense…
3. Authentic Weave Cushion
If you are Pinterest-crazy like we are, and find yourself pouring over gorgeous homes and amazing abodes, you might have noticed that kilim prints are the number one thing to accessorize your house with right now. Getting your hands on an original rug or cushion made from actual vintage kilim can be pretty pricey, but we found this really gorgeous cut-price version in M&S this week and are eagerly awaiting the postman now.
4. Bobbi Brown Beach Body Scrub
We are currently in the throws of trying to get our winter-dry skin ready for the beach, and have fallen head over heels for Bobbi Browns emollient body exfoliator. This deliciously scented scrub contains orange peel and pumic that will gently slough off dull surface cells, while shea butter and essential oils will nourish and hydrate.
5. Father’s Day Brunch
We think all great dads deserve to be spoiled this Father’s Day, and so we are definitively going to bring our dads (or baby daddies!) around to Milano’s this Sunday for some delicious traditional Italian antipasto (and a sneaky bellini or two!)
