It's bright, but's it's beautiful.
It's safe to say we're all a tad scared of some colour here in Ireland, but as Anna Daly has proved, there's nothing to be afraid of.
Anna recently did a cover shoot with the
RTÉ Guide, where she was styled by Rozanne Parker. Rozanne placed her in a yellow River Island skirt, and according to
Anna's blog, she absolutely loved it.
The presenter is a huge fan of the colour yellow and wrote: "I’ve always loved the colour yellow. The shade of hope and sunshine, cheer and warmth….what’s not to love?
"Even my bridesmaids wore yellow on our wedding day. We did get hitched in Portugal however so the scenic, sunny environs helped justify my colour choice!"
The
River Island skirt costs €50, and we think it's great to brighten up your office look. Pair it with a shirt and a pair of heels for a formal office and you've basically just brought sunshine into the four walls!
However, if you want to dress it up a bit, you could always opts for a lace cami and a pair of stilettos and you're set.
Also, you could go for Anna's casual look, teaming it with an adorable t-shirt (which is from Ganni) and a pair of block heels.
Either way, the skirt is definitely something that could be worn all throughout summer.
