Kate Middleton surprised her fans today when she made a surprise appearance at the Royal Opera House. The Duchess was spotted by eagle-eyed fans at the evening performance of the Royal Ballet's Nutcracker. Pictures of the pregnant royal have surfaced, and in them, she's wearing a gorgeous Zara cape.
