The elusive search for the perfect pair of heels continues because it's tough to get shoes that are comfortable, stylish and affordable - the holy grail of fashion. However, we think we have come pretty close with these gorgeous €14 Penneys shoes which feature a decent heel. It's important to note that this particular heel is a block style which allows for added support and comfort, ideal if you're planning on wearing them for an extended length of time. The croc effect also deserves a mention for it ensures they look a lot more expensive than they actually are, always a winner. We're thinking of wearing these heels with cropped jeans, a crossbody bag and a pretty patterned top.
