Who What Wear, Shelley explained that you should choose a heel height of 70 mm and under because this won't put as much pressure on your feet as higher stilettos.
Although pointed heels are popular because of the leg-elongating effect, there are a number of other styles you can choose from including block heels which have a thicker heel and a supportive sole, thus making them more comfortable.
Platform styles are also ideal because they offer more padding and support as are flats and wedges but again, not all brides will be happy with these options.
If you are planning on pointed courts, choose the heel height sensibly and you'll get the best of both worlds.
