It looks like there's no stopping Kathryn Thomas at the moment.
The presenter is currently pregnant with her first child, and at the same time filming
Operation Transformation.
Throughout the years, Kathryn has never been afraid to go outside of the box when it comes to fashion and regularly goes for daring and fun looks while on TV.
And this time is no different as for the most recent filming of
OT, the soon-to-be mum wore a gorgeous black and floral dress... and

The health nut shared a picture of her in the dress on Instagram, and looks positively glowing.
