This divine €22 midi dress from Penneys will suit absolutely everyone

In our humble opinion, Penneys can do no wrong. Broke? No worries, you can still buy yourself a few bits - so many bargains. Plus, they just keep knocking the style stakes out of the park, with amazing pieces being released every single week. We're a bit addicted, but sure look. And, while scrolling through their glorious Instagram on this lovely Wednesday evening, we stumbled upon something truly divine. Say hello to the most adorable midi dress ever, that we reckon will look absolutely gorgeous on everyone. Plus, it looks expensive, which of course, it isn't. The dress is a red colour, with what appears to be a lovely white floral print all over it. It nips in slightly at the waist, and has a tiered look along the skirt.
