This morning is definitely a little bit chillier than it has been. While I as getting ready for work, I stared at my wardrobe wondering what to wear as I didn't want to freeze myself walking to the bus stop.
I can say goodbye to my summer dresses and short suits for the moment because it's time to dress for the cooler autumn weather.
However, that doesn't mean it has to be jeans and jumpers everyday.
If you still want to keep things fresh for coming into the new season, then we'd suggest you try Penneys because it has loads of gorgeous bits in at the moment.
One piece I spotted that I'm obsessed with is this maxi dress that's on the Penneys Instagram page. It's perfect as it will cover you up and keep you warm without looking like you're wrapped up in your duvet.

Last week, another gorgeous dress popped up on the Penneys Instagram page.
The midi length dress is white with red, blue and yellow floral patterns. It has a high neck with long sleeves and a tiered skirt with button details down the front.
What we love about it is that there are a million and one ways you could style this dress. Wear it as is with a pair of Dr Marten style boots and a crossbody bag or else you could pop a cropped jumper over the top for when the weather gets a little bit chillier.
You can also dress it up by popping open a few buttons at the top, throwing on a lace cami underneath and a belt around the waist to cinch you in. Put on a pair of heels and you're good to go out to town.
