As we know Kate Middleton's engagement ring is a stunning blue sapphire and rumours suggest that Prince Harry will choose a coloured stone to propose to his partner, Meghan Markle. There have been reports that Harry may pick an emerald and although this is all conjecture for now, it wouldn't surprise us if we were to see a lot more of this type of gem next year.
