This €16 Penneys dress is just perfect for summer holidays

Now that the sun has made a brief appearance, we're all about planning for summer style. It's Penneys to the rescue with two fabulous options, and both are under the €20 mark. You really can't go wrong with a floral dress. The print speaks for itself so it needs little styling and seeing as they're both under €20, we really can't resist. The black, green and pink midi-length style lands this week and it's only €16. Just looking at it puts us in mind of a beach holiday and we adore the fact that it has straps but you could potentially wear it off the shoulder if you want to change it up. However, if you'd rather a bit more colour, then the yellow floral dress arrives next week and it's just so summery.
