This stylish €30 River Island top is a must-have for your wardrobe

I'm all about high-street pieces that look like they could be high-end especially when they only cost a fraction of the price of designer looks. This fab €30 River Island top definitely qualifies because of the statement rings on the straps. A simple black top is elevated to a must-have piece because it features a couple of stand-out details.
