Walnuts
The vitamin E in walnuts protects against hair damage and they are also good for maintaining a healthy colour. (But remember, only a closed handful a day otherwise your tummy could suffer.)

From protein to iron, eggs actually help to prevent hair loss. Whether you like them poached, scrambled or sunny side up - they're a must for your mane.
Spinach
Spinach is commonly associated with strong muscles (we've all seen Popeye) but it actually does a lot for your hair due to the vitamin C it contains. That helps to keep hair healthy and shiny.
Greek Yoghurt
This is a bit of a superfood and it's super for your do because it is packed full vitamins B5 and D. Add in some walnuts and you've got a hair-raising snack!
