There are 3 words that Disneyland employees are forbidden from saying

That's pretty tough.

Disneyland employees have lots of different rules for how they are to interact with guests. The parks want to make sure that children and adults have the best possible time while visiting. So, as part of that, the employees are banned from saying three specific words, "I don't know". Under no circumstance are they allowed to utter those words, even if they genuinely don't know the answer to something. A former employee told Popsugar that they are encouraged to find out every answer to every question, so the words 'I don't know' are off limits. They said:

"If a guest asks you a question, you always have to have an answer, no exceptions. If you don't know it, find out, but don't say you don't know. If it's a silly question, make up a silly answer. If a child asks you what Tinker Bell eats before her flight across the Magic Kingdom during the fireworks, you better come up with an answer quickly. (Answer: very tiny apples.)"

Similarly, we found out before that they also aren't allowed to point with one finger, instead, they must use two fingers. There is a reason for all this two-finger pointing too and it's all to do with politeness. While most of us here in the Western world are used to pointing at things using a single index finger, in some cultures it is actually considered very rude and even a bit offensive.
