Customers are being warned to check their flight.
More than two dozen flights to and from Dublin Airport were cancelled due to the high winds of Storm Callum.
Gusts of up to 130km/h swept across the country last night, with nearly 30,000 customers being without electricity and rail services being disrupted.
Aer Lingus are urging customers to check the status of their flight,
via this website. It is hoped that flights will resume back to normal shortly.
Meanwhile, the Status Orange weather warning was updated in five counties this morning.
The counties are Donegal, Galway, Mayo, Sligo and Clare. The weather warning has been extended until 5pm today.
The weather forecaster said: Southeast winds veering southwest will gust generally between 100 and 130km/h, higher in some coastal areas and on high ground. Along with a spell of heavy rain and high tides there is a risk of coastal flooding and damage."
It continued: "Strong winds will continue for this morning with warnings for Storm Callum remaining in place until 5 pm for northwestern coastal areas.
"The winds will gradually ease through the morning elsewhere. Heavy, thundery rain will continue to move eastwards early this morning, and will be replaced by clearer weather for a time.
