I am SO allergic to the gym.
I have tried to be a gym bunny SO hard – with every country or house move over the last twenty years, I have joined the local gym with the express intention of visiting it three times a week WITHOUT FAIL.
But fail I did, and despite knowing that they gym is not for me, I continue to fail at going to the gym (I currently have a membership in Co. Dublin that I am trying to ignore).
The only kind of exercise that I could ever truly get behind was a dance class, because of the ‘accidentally exercising’ element of the thing.
So, to surmise, I like to exercise whilst completely oblivious to the fact that I am, in fact, exercising.
Clear as mud?
But ‘Pound’ – a new kind of class which is currently gaining huge popularity in LA, could actually be for me.
You essentially get to play air drums to music for a full cardio workout!
I could get to work on my inner rock star while toning up – cool or what?
