An ambulance has been reportedly spotted outside Frogmore Cottage amid reports that Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s baby is due ‘imminently’.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are through to be welcoming their first child any day now – and fans of the royal family have eagerly been waiting for more news of Baby Sussex.

And according to the Expressan ambulance was spotted parked outside the soon-to-be parents’ new home in Windsor.

A helicopter is also said to have been spotted flying above their cottage, sparking speculation that Meghan may be about to give birth.

The news comes after one royal expert revealed today [April 26] is “pretty much” the Duchess of Sussex’s due date.

ITV’s royal editor Chris Ship appeared on Good Morning Britain, where he said that news of Baby Sussex’s arrival is “imminent”.

He said:

“We know the baby is due, in fact I can tell you that the due date is pretty much today. Today, tomorrow, we really are in the realms of imminent arrival.

“Has it happened overnight? Well, put it this way, we haven’t been told that it’s happened overnight, but it’s definitely any day now.”

He added that while “the birth is imminent”, it was unclear whether Meghan was planning for a home birth or would be delivering at a hospital.

He continued:

“We don’t know whether she is going to have it at home, we think she’s going to try to but we don’t know for sure.

“If she’s going to hospital, they’re not going to tell us which hospital and they’re going to try and get her into hospital and back out again before they’ve even informed us of where that location is.

“We will be told when she’s comfortably in labour, when she’s given birth to a boy or a girl and then there will be a photocall of some sort some days afterwards, very small, very controlled and very much arranged by the Sussexes themselves.”
