Mum, baby and firemen are all doing well
The Dublin Fire Brigade recruited an adorable new member over the weekend when firefighters came to one mum’s rescue.
Firemen Alan and Ali had quite the busy night when they were called to assist with a delivery on Sunday night.
The expectant mum couldn’t make it to the hospital on time but Alan and Ali were there to help every step of the way.
The mum welcomed a gorgeous little boy into the world and he is as cute as a button.
The Dublin Fire Brigade shared the sweetest photos of the new parents and their little boy smiling alongside the firefighters.
“Firefighter/Paramedics Alan and Ali assisted Mum with the delivery of a healthy baby boy in the early hours of this morning,” they wrote alongside the sweet snap.

They added that both mum and baby are doing exceptionally well.
“The crew were on our ambulance based in Kilbarrack fire station. All doing well,” they wrote.
Members of the public praised the firefighters for helping the mum deliver her little boy. They even suggested naming her son after one of the firemen, but there’s been no word on his moniker just yet.
“Well done guys. Always doing an amazing job for us,” one wrote.
We couldn’t agree more!
