They confirmed the birth with a lovely pic of new mum Georgina, Cristiano, Cristiano Jnr, and newborn Alana.

Now, just two days of giving birth, Georgina has taken to Instagram to share a stunning portrait of herself and her newborn.
There’s flowers, there’s silk dressing gowns, there’s a lovely couch.
It’s got everything.
In the post’s caption, Georgina wrote that her family was now complete and that they were “happier than ever.”
“We are very happy and grateful to God for the health of our little Alana Martina and of course that of our other three little ones in the house.
“I love my family. Thank you all!”
The new mum thanked the doctors and other medical staff for their expertise during the birth.
She also wrote that fans’ “good energies” had been a massive help over the past nine months.

Alana is Cristiano’s fourth child.
The Real Madrid player is also father to Cristiano Jnr and twins Maria and Mateo who were born via a surrogate earlier this year.
He and Georgina also confirmed their relationship around that time.
