He’s gotten so big!

It has been a while since the world last got a glimpse of little Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor. In fact, the toddler has not been seen publicly since his first birthday back in May, when when the Duke and Duchess of Sussex released a video of the Meghan reading Duck! Rabbit! to their son, in support of a Save The Children campaign.

But now, the young royals have released another festive family snap on their Christmas card, showing the couple with their now 18-month-old son, in the garden of their new California home.

The photo, shared on the Mayhew charity‘s social media accounts, shows the Duke and Duchess of Sussex and little Archie posing in front of a small wooden playhouse in the gardens of their Montecito home, and we can also see the family’s two rescue dogs, Guy and Pula.

Speaking about the newly released image, a spokesperson for the family said, “The original photo of the family was taken at their home earlier this month by the Duchess’s mother. The small Christmas tree, including the homemade ornaments and other decorations, were selected by Archie, and the tree will be replanted after the holidays.”

Last Christmas, Meghan and Harry released another sweet Christmas card showing baby Archie as he crawled towards the camera, with his proud parents watching in the background.

It came with the message: “Wishing you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year from our family to yours.”
