Singer Ed Sheeran has surprised fans by announcing the birth of his second child.
The Shape of You singer confirmed his wife Cherry gave birth to another baby girl.
The musician announced the news by posting a photo of a pair of baby socks on his Instagram.
Alongside the adorable photo, the now dad-of-two wrote: “Want to let you all know we’ve had another beautiful baby girl.”
“We are both so in love with her, and over the moon to be a family of 4 x” he added.
The couple has yet to reveal what their baby girl’s name is.

Ed and Cherry are also parents to daughter Lyra Antarctica Seaborn Sheeran. She was born in August 2020.
The Bad Habits singer previously opened up about becoming a father.
In an interview with Sirius XM, Ed Sheeran couldn’t help but gush about fatherhood, saying “it’s the best thing that ever happened to me.”
“There’s so many different sides and shades to it. You know, there are difficult days, there are amazing, easy days.”
The singer-songwriter continued, “It’s just a roller coaster of emotions. I know that sounds like a cliché thing to say, but it’s amazing. I love it.”
The Perfect singer may be loving parenthood, but he admitted that the best thing he’s learned so far is that, “No parent knows what they’re doing.”
