“Given the risks and long-term impact…”
We’re all fairly well-aware that plastic surgery is a common occurrence in La La Land, so the idea that a teen growing up in Beverly Hills would undergo a procedure during puberty shouldn’t be that shocking.
And yet, Bella Hadid has shocked the internet by revealing she got surgery as invasive as rhinoplasty at the tender age of fourteen.
In a new interview with Vogue, the supermodel confirmed what has long been speculated about surrounding her changed appearance.
Rumours she had had a nose job in her teens have been following the younger Hadid sister for years, though the revelation that she had one at such a young age is provoking a strong response on social media – particularly as Bella says she regrets it.
“I wish I had kept the nose of my ancestors,” Bella, who is of Palestinian heritage on her father’s side and Dutch on her mother’s, told the publication. “I think I would have grown into it.”
Bella Hadid reveals to Vogue that she had a nose job at 14, but now regrets it:
“I wish I had kept the nose of my ancestors. I think I would have grown into it.”

Though social media users applauded her honesty, some criticised parents Yolanda and Mohamed for allowing her to undergo such a drastic procedure so young.
14… I think a good parent wouldn’t allow their 14yo child to get a nose job given the risks and long term impact

As for the theories she’s had further work done such as a face or eye lift or fillers, Bella says nobody looks exactly as they did when they younger.
“People think I fully f**ked with my face because of one picture of me as a teenager looking puffy. I’m pretty sure you don’t look the same now as you did at 13, right?” she continued.
“I have never used filler. Let’s just put an end to that. I have no issue with it, but it’s not for me. Whoever thinks I’ve gotten my eyes lifted or whatever it’s called – it’s face tape! The oldest trick in the book.”
