The tour starts tomorrow.

Beyoncé could earn over $2 billion during her upcoming Renaissance tour according to business publication Forbes.

The magazine said the estimate was based on optimistic ticket sales that saw some fans buying tickets at a high average price of $700 each.

It also said Beyoncé could pocket a “considerable share” of merchandise profits and pay tour expenses of 20% of revenues.

Her first gig is set to kick off in Stockholm tomorrow 10th of May and will be Beyoncé’s first world tour in seven years.

The singer is set to play at several venues across the UK including London’s Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, Cardiff’s Principality Stadium, Murrayfield in Edinburgh, and Sunderland’s Stadium of Light.

Unfortunately, there are no Irish dates.

According to Forbes, ticket sales alone could gross over $2.4 billion by September.

This tops the publications most recent estimate for Taylor Swift’s The Eras Tour which was $1.9 billion.

When tickets went on sale for Beyoncé’s tour, it was complete chaos.

Ticket selling websites crashed and many were unlucky in their efforts.

Forbes say the high demand is because people are eager to get back attending in-person concerts again following the pandemic.

The Renaissance World Tour will help students at colleges and universities in 10 cities through scholarship funds.

In February, Beyonce became the most decorated Grammy artist of all time after collecting her 32nd trophy at the 65th annual ceremony.
