Georgie Crawford welcomed her second child in September 2023
Influencer and mum-of-two Georgie Crawford has been praised for being so honest about motherhood.
Many of us know that every day isn’t going to be blissful and easy, but scrolling through Instagram can trick us into thinking that everyone has it all figured out.
But that couldn’t be further from the truth.
We’re all struggling, no matter what Instagram leads others to believe, and Georgie Crawford is one mum who has recently opened up about the struggles she is facing.
She explained that things are not always “fairytales and fluffiness” in an interview with VIP.
Georgie said: “If I do feel overwhelmed I just look at her and I realise she was what I was working towards. I heard this great phase recently that if you think everyone is going too slow, well most likely, you’re going too fast!”
“I must say, multitasking and being a parent to a second child is not all fairytales and fluffiness every day.”
Georgie said she’s trying her best not to sweat the small stuff, but it can be hard sometimes.
She added: “The juggle is real especially with us having our own business. But, every day when I wake up, love is the overwhelming emotion.”
The influencer admitted that there is so much to be grateful for and they’re the things that keep her grounded on the harder days.
Georgie announced the birth of her second child in September 2023.
Georgie posted a beautiful photo of her cradling her baby girl on Instagram to confirm the news.
The mum’s daughter was born via surrogacy.
“To hold our surrogate mother’s hand with Tahlie between us & knowing we will be forever connected has changed me forever. She has given us the greatest gift of our lives.”
Georgie is also a mum to a daughter named Pia.
