The Princess of Wales looks incredibly happy in the family snap
The Princess of Wales has issued her first personal statement since her planned abdominal surgery. This weekend, Kate Middleton penned a Mother’s Day post for royal social media channels.
Kate extended her gratitude to the public who have sent their love to her following her planned abdominal surgery.
“Thank you for your kind wishes and continued support over the last two months,” the mum-of-three wrote.
As well as thanking the public, Kate Middleton also took the time to mark Mother’s Day.
She shared a new photo of her and her three children, taken by the Prince of Wales.
The mum looks as happy as ever with her three children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis standing beside her.
Thank you for your kind wishes and continued support over the last two months.

The photo was taken earlier this week at the family’s home in Windsor.
Kate added, “Wishing everyone a Happy Mother’s Day. C.”
This marks the first time the princess has spoken out since her planned surgery.
Earlier this month, her spokesperson was forced to respond to ‘wild’ conspiracy theories about her health.
Palace officials shut down any claims about the Princess of Wales and her recovery.
They told The Sun:
“We were very clear from the outset that the Princess of Wales was out until after Easter and Kensington Palace would only be providing updates when something was significant.”
The princess underwent her planned abdominal surgery in January, but likely won’t return to royal duties until April.
Kate will continue her recovery at home in Windsor.
