Kate Middleton and Prince William fell out over this major decision

Kate Middleton and Prince William have reportedly fallen out over the decision to send Prince George to boarding school.

The parents had many heated discussions over their son’s future, but Prince William got his way in the end.

According to reports, Kate Middleton was devastated when the future king put his foot down about George’s future.

The royals were adamant about George attending a prestigious school like Eton.

The couple have reportedly had heated arguments about the decision, but Prince George told his parents he would like to attend Eton.

Kate is supporting her son’s decision but she is reportedly devastated by it.

Both Prince William and the Princess of Wales have short fuses, which lead to many arguments.

“They both have quite extreme mood swings, just as Diana did. She could be your best friend one minute and the next your worst enemy,” a royal aide told MailOnline.

The former royal aide added: “He can be a bit of a shouter when he loses it.”

“It’s fair to say the Prince and the Princess give as good as they get if their disagreement results in raised voices. But they know each other so well, it usually blows over quickly – and she is, on the whole, a major calming influence on him”, they continued.

Kate wanted her son to attend a mixed school because she had a poor experience in a same-sex school.

A source told In Touch Weekly: “Kate thinks sending him to such a stuffy, upper-crust institution goes against all of their efforts to modernise the monarchy. Plus, she’ll miss George desperately. She and William argued about it for years, but he has finally won.”
