Kathryn Thomas has reunited with her daughters after hosting the Rose of Tralee for the first time.
Kathryn Thomas co-hosted the show with Dáithí Ó Sé and viewers were highly impressed with the duo. So much so that there have been calls to bring the Operation Transformation host back for next year’s festival.
Viewers agreed that the presenter was an incredible addition to the show.
Many praised her for being so natural and down-to-earth, while others said she gave the show a breath of fresh air.
One said: “Beautiful last night and your emotion with the Clare rosé really shows what a beautiful person you are.”
Another added: “Kathryn, you did a brilliant job, ye were a great duo.”
One shared: “You were a brilliant presenter .. it really needed a lift… you did a brilliant job . .. well done and you looked amazing on both nights.”

Thomas may have had quite the special week in Tralee, but the mum-of-two also couldn’t wait to be reunited with her two little girls after the competition ended on Tuesday night.
After a busy week in Tralee, the RTÉ presenter returned home to her daughters, Ellie and Grace, in Dublin.

Alongside a photo of the mum and her two daughters, she wrote, “Reunited at last.”
There’s no doubt the mum-of-two cannot wait to spend some quality time with her daughters, but we already can’t wait to see her return for next year’s Rose of Tralee.
