Kourtney, who is mum to Mason, 13, Penelope, 11, and Reign, 8, says she has 'done the work' and that she has a more 'gentle' approach when parenting her brood. "I think I have a more gentle approach with my kids," Kourtney says. "I find, with my kids, that coming from a more loving approach works best."
Meanwhile, Kim admits to employing 'tough love' and even lets the odd curse word slip when tensions are high. "And I feel that way, but... with a little bit of tough love in there too and a little bit of frazzled... 'Sh*t, what the f*ck is going on? Get the f*ck over here' like energy also," the SKIMS founder says of being a mum. "It's like, 'Go to bed.' I'd be like, 'It's 10 o'clock, and you're still up? Go to bed!' Like you're driving me crazy, you know, so I definitely think we're different like in that way. I get frazzled." When the sisters are asked by a producer which of the two is more like Kris Jenner, they both agree it's Kim. "For sure. I mean, she [Kris] gets worked up," Kim says. "Like when she gets frazzled, where she's just like, 'Get over here, Kimberly.'" Kourtney adds that this is often said while Kris has her 'teeth clenched'.
This comes following a feud between Kim and Kourtney that is seemingly in the midst of patching up, with the SKKN founder admitting that her older sister is her go-to person when it comes to getting advice on motherhood.
"[Kourtney is] definitely the one I always go to for my mom advice, and I think her and I have like a lot in common when it comes to parenting stuff," Kim shared.
"No matter what, like she'd drop anything for us to have parenting advice," Kim added. "I don't care what kind of fight we're in. She knows the kind of sh*t that I'd be going through; I can understand the kind of sh*t she'd be going through, and that's how our relationship has always been."
"I think we also have older kids, so we go through more similar things," Kourtney adds.
