Mrs Hinch revealed both her and her son Ronnie are autistic
Influencer, Mrs Hinch has been praised for opening up about her ‘superpower’ after getting an autism confirmation.
The mum-of-two confirmed that both she and her son Ronnie are autistic
In an emotional post on Instagram, the mum explained that both she and Ronnie were diagnosed a while ago.
She said she is often asked if her son Ronnie is autistic and wanted to open up about it.
“Our wonderful Ronnie is autistic. I am too. Both Ron and I have had confirmation for a while now,” she wrote.
Sophie explained that she wanted time to process the news.
She also wanted to learn more about it and to “find our way together” before they made the news public.
“So that’s exactly what we did and are continuing to do each day. We have hard days but we also have lots of magical days. And if only everyone accepted and understood autism, the world really would be a much better place,” the mum wrote.
She promised her son Ronnie, whom she described as precious and incredible, that she would always be there for him.
“Because of you everything finally made sense to me after 33 years. You are my absolute inspiration in life. I love you Ron … Mummy is right here with you, in this together, forever.”
Hinch’s followers praised her for being so incredibly honest about autism.
Others thanked her for using her platform to raise awareness.
One follower said, “I truly believe autism is something to celebrate, seeing the world in a different way.”
And we couldn’t agree more.
