She shared a meme which joked about how she would handle Matt Hancock.
Attwood was rearing to go in the first episode, however, after just 24 hours, she was forced to leave due to a medical issue.
A statement from ITV at the time said: “As a precautionary measure, Olivia needed to leave the jungle to undergo some medical checks.
“Unfortunately the medical team has advised it is not safe for Olivia to return to camp as there needs to be a further investigation.
“She has been absolutely brilliant and she’ll be very much missed on the show.”
Olivia’s Instagram account is active again, and one of the first posts shared was of a meme that read: “The way we’ve been robbed of Olivia Attwood annihilating Matt Hancock in less than a day.”
The meme was shared with two emojis – one crying with laughter, and the other looking quite sad.
In the next story, a message read: “Thank you again for all the messages and love. Olivia will be back soon.”
Earlier this week, Olivia’s family addressed her sudden departure from the reality show.
In a statement, they said: “To say Olivia is heartbroken would be an understatement.”
Her family said she was “throwing herself into jungle life feet first”.
“She dreamed of doing I’m a Celeb for years and was absolutely loving every second of the show.”
“However, for reasons beyond her control her journey has been cut short.
“Your support and kind words have meant the absolute world to her, now as much as it always has.”
Olivia’s family added, “You will hear the truth from Olivia in due course and she will be back on your screens in the New Year.”
