Prince Harry has been feeling homesick recently

Prince Harry, Meghan Markle, and their two children are reportedly set to spend Christmas in England.

The dad-of-two has reportedly been feeling homesick since moving to California with his wife, Meghan Markle.

The pair are based in California, but Prince Harry is allegedly keen to have a base in the UK too.

Prince Harry previously said nobody celebrated Christmas quite like the royals, but he is not set to spend Christmas at Sandringham this year.

Instead, the prince and his family will spend the holidays with his close friend Charles van Straubenzee.

A source told OK: “Harry has been invited, along with Meghan and their children, Archie and Lilibet, to join Charles van Straubenzee’s family during the festive season. They have homes in London and Lincolnshire.”

Charles is one of Prince Harry’s best friends so spending Christmas with him and his family in England is bound to help the prince.

The insider added, “The pair have recently grown closer again following a rather distant few years when Harry first moved over to America.”

The source said it’s a shame he didn’t mend his rift with Prince William before the holidays.

“Harry always enjoyed large family Christmases. It’s a shame that his children will miss out on the fun. He used to say that nobody could celebrate Christmas like the Windsors.

They added, “He experienced that festive togetherness for his entire life until his move to America.”

Sources claimed Prince Harry has been feeling homesick and said, “he really misses it”.

This will be Archie and Lilibet’s first Christmas in England.

Insiders have not revealed whether Harry plans on visiting his family or not when he arrives in England.

He has not been seen with the royal family since Queen Elizabeth’s funeral in 2022.
