Ever shouted or rolled your eyes at a sales assistant?
Let’s face it, we’ve all given out either to the sales assistant themselves or to our friends about questionable customer service.
But one woman, Paige Yore, is pleading with people to have a bit of consideration for what that employee might be going through.
She explains in a video on her Facebook page how she witnessed a heart-breaking exchange during a recent trip to Walmart.
Paige, who is from Colorado, saw a woman going off at a cashier when he made a number of mistakes and after her card was declined.
It was so bad that she intervened, at which point the young man broke down and confided in her that he had just lost his mother and had to come into work in order to pay the rent.
Her account of what happened is enough to bring us to tears.
