The family of three-year-old Zoe has asked the public to help them raise the funds required for her to undergo treatment in Germany.

The little girl was diagnosed last month a rare and aggressive malignant brain tumour.

Zoe immediately underwent emergency surgery after her diagnosis to have the fluid drained around her brain.

Over the next few weeks, Zoe will also undergo five surgeries in Temple Street to remove the tumour and prepare her for the next stage of treatment.

Once her medical team are satisfied, Zoe will be transferred to Crumlin Hospital for Chemotherapy and following the Chemotherapy, Zoe will require Proton therapy (radiation) in Germany.

The cost of Zoe’s treatment is estimated to be approximately €100,000 and her family has set up a fundraising page to help them cover the costs.

So far they have raised an amazing €85,451 but they still have further to go to reach their target.

“Zoe is a bright, beautiful and brave three year old girl. She loves making her baby sister Holly laugh, her friends, playschool, Sylvanian Families, reading storybooks, singing, playgrounds and wearing pretty dresses and hairbands .”

If you can help by making a donation you can through Team Zoe’s GoFundMe.
