These warmer temperatures are set to continue into Tuesday with highs of 14 degrees predicted throughout the country.
But before the temperatures rise, we're going to see them drop again tonight.
"There will be showers on Thursday night, most frequent in the west and north." "Clearer spells in the south and east will result in frost with lows of 0C to -3C, slightly higher for Ulster and Connacht with lows of 1C to 4C. "Winds will be mostly light variable, except in the north where they will be moderate to fresh easterly, later southeasterly. More persistent rain arriving on the east coast towards dawn," a Met Eireann forecaster revealed
From Friday onwards we will, however, see a change in the weather he continued. Noting that temperatures will be higher with scattered showers but a predominately bright and sunny day.
This weather is set to continue for Saturday and Sunday with Sunday being the best day giving us temperatures of 11 to 14 degrees.
