Gino D’Acampo has responded to backlash over kissing his daughter on the lips.
The dad posted a photo of him kissing his little girl on his Instagram.
He said that the people hating on him need to “get a life”.
This isn’t the first time the dad has been hit with backlash over kissing his daughter.
Previously, Gino was called out over the “inappropriate” action, but it doesn’t seem to have phased him.
Alongside the photo, he wrote: “To all the haters out there……yes I still kiss my principessa on the lips, get over it and get a life.”
The chef’s followers praised him for not caring about the backlash.
One said, “Anyone who sees this as anything other than the love between a father & daughter is what’s wrong and the issue. if you’re sexualising this you’re not well.”
Another added, “Always kiss my little princess on the lips, if people think that’s wrong then there is something wrong with them.”
“People are too uptight these days. Love your precious bond,” another fan wrote.
This isn’t the first time Gino has come under fire for his parenting choices.
The dad was called out after he admitted he sends his children to bed without dinner.
He told Netmums that if his daughter Mia doesn’t eat a meal then he will serve it again to teach her a lesson.
“There is no such thing as a fussy child, there is a thing of moron parenting.
“It’s the parents that can’t be bothered to fight, to have an argument at the table, or to see their children go to bed without having any food.”
“She will go to bed without food – and tomorrow morning, instead of cornflakes, guess what she is going to find on the table? The same ravioli that was there.”
