Temperatures will see highs between 3 to 6 degrees, which will drop as low as -4 overnight.
Wednesday is set to be another cold and frosty one with ice in some places. Set to be largely cloudy, much of the country will experience outbreaks of rain, sleet and snow. Temperatures are set to be 3 to 6 degrees again, dropping to -2 overnight.
With snow on the way for much of Ulster on Thursday, it will be a wet one for the rest of the country and temperatures will struggle to get above freezing in the north.
Set to be wet but milder in southern counties, the temperatures will rise to 6 to 10 degrees, again dropping to -2 overnight.
Friday will see further outbreaks of sleet and snow coming down through the country from the north, with temperatures of 2 to 6 degrees, but dropping to lows of -3 overnight.
