Helen McEntee welcomed her second child, a son named Vincent, in December.
Helen McEntee has confirmed her return to work after the birth of her second child. The mum shared a photo of her office to confirm her maternity leave has come to an end, and that someone decided to give their mum a helping hand with her work.
McEntee posted a photo of multiple documents on her desk, but her eldest child decided to help out by colouring all over one of them with a pink marker.
The mum wrote, “Someone got to my brief at home before I did.”
“Good to be back at it. Huge thanks to Simon Harris for his work over the past 6 months,” the mum added.

Harris said he was thrilled to have the Minister for Justice back following her time on maternity leave.
Leo Varadkar also welcomed McEntee back. He tweeted, “Welcome back from maternity leave Helen McEntee. Missed you a lot. Thank you Simon Harris for covering the role so well.”
The mum-of-two gave birth to a baby boy named Vincent at The Rotunda Hospital in Dublin.
A representative for the mum confirmed the news to the Irish Examiner in December.
They stated: “Mam and baby are doing well, and the Minister and her husband Paul are delighted with the new arrival.”
McEntee is also a mum to a son named Michael.
