ITV's The Jeremy Kyle Show was cancelled last month following the death by suicide of one of its guests, Steve Dymond.
The 62-year-old passed away a week after filming an appearance in which he failed a lie detector test. The episode in question was due to be broadcast last month but was pulled from airing at the last minute.
At the time, ITV said they will still work with Jeremy Kyle "on other projects."
"Given the gravity of recent events we have decided to end production of The Jeremy Kyle Show," ITV CEO Carolyn McCall said in a statement.
"The Jeremy Kyle Show has had a loyal audience and has been made by a dedicated production team for 14 years, but now is the right time for the show to end.
"Everyone at ITV's thoughts and sympathies are with the family and friend of Steve Dymond."
The Jeremy Kyle Show was ITV's most popular daytime programme with viewership regularly topping 1 million, according to BBC News.
