Joe Swash breaks down in tears discussing relationship with Stacey Solomon

The couple met because of their work on I'm A Celebrity.

Joe Swash has opened up about his relationship with Stacey Solomon and the presenter got pretty emotional about it. He said he found his second stint in 'I'm a Celebrity' a little bit more difficult because of his family. The actor explained that he was struggling with being away from Stacey Solomon and their children. The couple's blended family is incredibly close, so being away from them for 'I'm a Celebrity' was tough on Swash emotionally. He told viewers, "I am finding this a lot harder than I did the first time around. I was a different person the first time. This time around, there's so much at home waiting for me." "You know, everyone wants to do their family proud, and I want to do the same," he continued.

Swash met his wife, Stacey Solomon, on 'I'm a Celebrity' over a decade ago and their life has changed so much since. "I met my wife on there, I’ve now had children. It was so nice to go back in there," Swash shared. He said the show has done so much for him personally in recent years. He never would've met his wife Stacey Solomon if it wasn't for the reality show. Swash explained that the main reason he returned was because 'I'm A Celebrity' made such a "lovely" impact on his life. "I was honoured to be one of the few that got to go back to be one of the legends. It was such a nice experience and something me and Stacey [Solomon] can show our kids and let them know, it all started from the jungle," he added.
