The couple announced the news on Instagram this morning by sharing photos they had taken in a photo booth together. The model and TV presenter look as happy as ever as they pose side by side.
In one strip of photos, Hannah shows off her growing baby bump.
The model captioned the photos, “Does anyone know how to change a nappy? Because Joel has s**t himself.”
The pair’s famous friends were quick to congratulate them on their baby news.
