Katie Price responds to claims her children have been taken into foster care

The mum-of-five is hitting back at reports.

Katie Price has responded to reports that two of her children have been taken into foster care. The 40-year-old has been in the headlines again over the last number of days after people speculated that reports that an unidentified celebrity mum had two kids taken into care were about her. Responding to the claims in a live video on Instagram, Katie said:

“I’d like to clarify I’m not the person in the papers today whose kids have been banned or taken away from them. “I’ve not been banned from seeing my kids either.”

The celebrity mum in question was not named for legal reasons but was said to be neglecting her children to “pursue a glitzy lifestyle”. The children, who are also not named, have reportedly been placed with a foster family in a home close to their mother’s £1 million home. The reports come after Katie’s marriage with Kieran Hayler has broken down, with the mum-of-five starting a new relationship with Kris Boyson. There were also reports that Peter Andre had banned Katie from seeing their children, Junior and Princess. However, Katie says she is “happier than ever” in her new relationship and that the reports are totally false.
