Kelsey Parker has opened up about her devastating baby loss and shares how she's handling the heartache.
Back in June, the 34-year-old podcast host revealed that her third child, Phoenix Parker-Lindsay, was stillborn before his due date.
Kelsey issued a heartbreaking update on her Instagram after losing Phoenix at nine months.
Together with her late husband and The Wanted popstar Tom Parker, Kelsey had Aurelia, as well as four-year-old Bodhi.
Tom Parker passed away in 2022 from glioblastoma, a form of brain tumour.
Phoenix was her first child with boyfriend Will, whom she started dating last September.
Kelsey has opened up about being "strong" on Thursday's episode of ITV daytime series Lorraine.
Speaking with stand-in anchor Christine Lampard, she talks about the importance of sharing your story, explaining how "a problem shared is a problem halved".
She goes on to explain: "For me, we take each day, and each day looks so different for both of us.
"But I am strong, I keep saying this, but I am really strong.
"The one thing we are guaranteed is that we are going to die, so that is so important."
Kelsey told her kids that their brother, Phoenix, "has gone with your daddy" to heaven and the stars. She later admits to needing some time for herself, along with a break from social media, despite receiving a lot of well-wishes from her followers.
She opened up about the baby loss on their family holiday and said: "It was a lot to face everyone on social media, and I just needed that time away.
"Everyone that follows me and my friends sent me so much love, but I just needed that bit of time."
