The two-year-old was hospitalised last week with a bad case of pneumonia.
Kim Kardashian and Kanye West rushed their son to a hospital in the LA area on Thursday, according to reports from TMZ.
Despite no mention of it anywhere on Kim’s social media, Saint is said to have spent a couple of nights being treated for pneumonia.
Kim and Kanye were reported to have stayed by Saint’s side while he was in the hospital and took turns staying overnight with their youngest child.
However, the youngster appeared in Kim’s Instagram posts over the weekend, with the mum-of-two sharing a picture of her family on the site, simply saying:
“Happy Holidays”.
It is said that two-year-old Saint was released on Saturday and is home with his family recovering.
This all comes just weeks before the family’s newest member is expected to arrive.
