Kim Kardashian’s harshest critic is her own daughter
At this point, we’ve all seen North West’s criticism of her mum’s Meta Gala outfit and it’s fair to say she didn’t hold back, even Pete Davidson got a taste of her opinions.
Yet now it seems that Kim is trying to teach her daughter to soften the blow when delivering the truth to people.
Speaking on the latest episode of The Kardashians, the Skims mogul explained how she’s proud of North for always telling the truth but she could tone things down a notch.
“There’s a way to be honest and not hurt people’s feelings, so I want you to learn that,” Kardashian tells her 10-year-old after she dishes more sizzling sass.

“Because there’s a way to say, ‘You know, I might not love that.'”
“You know, I might not love your necklace or your outfit because I’m just trying to support you because you know, whatever you like, you know,” North tries. “Was that good?”
“Yeah, that was a good start,” a stressed-looking Kim answers
“North won’t lie, and that’s amazing. So I’m trying to teach her you don’t need to just jump in and annihilate people for no reason. There’s a way to soften it up,” she later says in a confessional.
Though the mum of four knows her daughter doesn’t mince her words, she said that North is still really “sweet” and “thoughtful.”

Speaking to GQ for the cover story of their Men of the Year issue, Kim opened up about her parenting style, saying that although she doesn’t speak to a therapist for herself, she does consult one when it comes to her kids.
“I tried a little bit before my marriage ended,” the 43-year-old said of therapy. “I do have a therapist that only deals in child psychology that I talk to to get parenting tips and advice. Sometimes I feel challenged by parenting.”
