Kourtney Kardashian was going to name one of her children something totally different

We’re all about the Kardashian baby names right now.

It’s safe to say that the Kardashian/Jenner clan have some wild names. There’s North, True, Saint, Stormi… the list goes on.

However one Kardashian grandchild was going to be called something completely different.

Kourtney Kardashian, along with her sisters, were on Jimmy Kimmel during the week she said that she and Scott didn’t agree on what to name their youngest son, Reign.

“I was like, ‘I know in my soul his name is Reign,’ and Scott didn’t believe me. And I was like, ‘No. I know his name is Reign.’ And he’s like, ‘His name is Preston.’ So I was like, ‘Fine. Let’s call him Preston for a day.’ And it didn’t work out.”

Kim then followed up with what she’s planning to name her new baby. The 38-year-old and her husband, Kanye West, are expecting a child – a baby boy – via surrogate later this year.

She told the chat show host:

“I was Googling Armenian boys’ names last night, and I couldn’t really find anything.”

And while she couldn’t find anything she was a fan of, she did admit she was considering naming her son after her brother, Rob.

However, there was one particular issue.

She continued:

“I was truthfully thinking about just naming him Rob, after my brother, Rob.

“But then it’s kind of like North, Saint, Chicago, Rob. It doesn’t really go, but I was really feeling that.

“And my brother approved it, so that’s like our one kind of name.”

She also explained that she had previously gone “three or four days” without naming her children, as she wanted to make sure the name “really connects with the baby”.
