Lisa Cannon welcomed a baby girl in January
Presenter, Lisa Cannon has announced the birth of her first child, a beautiful baby girl.
The new mum shared the joyous news on her Instagram and she looks happier than ever in the announcement photos.
Alongside photos from the day her daughter was born, the mum confirmed her name.
“Richard & I are Tickled Pink this Valentine’s Day to announce the birth of our beautiful daughter; Seren Laura Cannon Keatley,” she wrote.
Lisa revealed her baby girl was born on January 22nd at the National Maternity Hospital.
She praised the staff at the hospital for safely bringing her baby girl into the world on “the stormiest of nights”.
“Thanks to them I safely delivered our precious daughter Seren Laura. Thank you to ALL at Holles Street Hospital, the brilliant consultants to the unsung angels in NICU for looking after us both.”
Speaking about the meaning behind her daughter’s name, Lisa confirmed it means star in Welsh.
“She certainly is the brightest star in the firmament. Laura, is in honour of my beautiful mother; a proud and noble name.”
“Seren came like a comet blazing her trail into this world she knew exactly how to make her Birthday Unforgettable & Serendipitous! I’ll spend my life loving her & being grateful for it,” the new mum gushed.
Lisa also took the time to praise their loved ones for supporting them during this incredible chapter.
