A royal Christmas?
Meghan Markle has reportedly been invited to spend Christmas at Buckingham Palace.
Yes, according to OK! Magazine, the actress has received an invite from the Queen to join the royal family for Christmas dinner this year.
While the generous invite will give the actress a once in a lifetime experience, it would mean she’d have to leave her mother Doria behind in America.
However, it’s not just Meghan who’s been invited, Doria is also reported to have been asked to join the royal family.
Sources say that ‘Kate has offered to put Doria up in the guest bedroom at Anmer Hall – her and Will’s country home in Norfolk’.
Kate is said to be reaching out because of her understanding of Meghan’s unique situation.
The Duchess is apparently doing all she can to help make the experience a little less nerve-wracking than her first Christmas with the Royals.
The news of Meghan’s Christmas plans comes just days after it was announced that the actress would be leaving the TV show Suits after seven seasons.
