A number of warnings from Met Éireann.
Earlier today, Met Éireann shared a rainfall warning for 13 counties and now another two have followed.
There are now three weather warnings in place for tomorrow and yeah, that’s a lot.
There are two status yellow wind alerts – one for Munster and Connacht and another for Leinster, Cavan, Monaghan and Donegal.
The wind warning for Munster and Connacht is in place from 4 am tomorrow morning until 3 pm in the afternoon.

“Southeasterly winds will reach mean speeds of 50 to 65km/h with gusts of 90 to 110km/hr. Gusts will exceed these values in exposed coastal areas and on higher ground, especially in the southwest”.
The warning for Leinster, Cavan, Monaghan and Donegal is in place from 8 am tomorrow until 7 pm tomorrow.

The rainfall warning then applies to Dublin, Carlow, Kildare, Kilkenny, Louth, Wexford, Wicklow, Galway, Mayo, Cork, Kerry, Tipperary and Waterford
“Heavy rain will lead to accumulations of around 25 to 40mm but may exceed these limits in mountainous areas”.
The above is in place from 6 am tomorrow morning until 6 pm tomorrow.
