And as for the rest of the week, leading into the weekend? All good things folks.
According to Met Eireann, Thursday will be generally cloudy with outbreaks of heavy thundery rain in places; the eastern half of the country will tend to be drier for longer. Still warm and humid with highs of 20 to 24 degrees in southerly winds.
Friday will become fresher as the winds switch to westerly and highs of 16 to 20 degrees. Good sunshine through the day but scattered showers will also occur.
Ah sure, we'll take it!
The weekend will see the odd shower on Saturday but mainly dry with good spells of sunshine and highs of 17 to 21 degrees.Explore more on these topics:
