Mental health cannot be a taboo subject.
So many people suffer with it during their lives, and so we should be able to talk to our kids about how to handle it themselves, as well as how to react to friends and family who suffer from mental health issues too.
A recent survey found that 1 in 5 kids in Ireland have general anxiety, however a new comic book from Beano is hoping to bring more light to the subject.
The British children’s comic magazine has released a new comic strip in partnership with the children’s mental health charity YoungMinds.
Meet Mandi! She’s @BeanoOfficial‘s lastest addition, created in partnership with us, to engage children about mental health.
